6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program description. If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Bell AI Solutions, you may receive SMS messages related to appointment reminders and confirmations, replies to inquiries you've submitted, general follow-ups regarding your consultation or audit, and, only where you have separately and expressly opted in, occasional informational or marketing messages about our services.
Consent. You consent to receive these text messages by entering your phone number on our contact/audit-booking form and checking the SMS opt-in box on that form, or by texting in to us. The opt-in box is never pre-checked, and you can submit the form without checking it. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Bell AI Solutions.
